Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?

Yes — we understand that sometimes plans change!
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. Please email us or contact us via WhatsApp at +86 19128899665

 as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 15 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 15 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 15 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

How Do I Make A Return?

  1. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after you received your package via  Whatsapp +86 19128899665 . Product-related pictures/videos can help you speed up the return process.

  2. Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (a few days longer when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to.If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $30 from your payment as loss of shipping fee.

  3. Please return the package to the address we have provided. And please email us the return tracking number. We refuse to accept unauthorized returns and are not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen. Our customer service will process the refund or exchange for you within 5 working days after we received the package. 

 

Can I Return Items That Are Worn, Damaged, or Missing Tags?

Return Conditions:
We only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) still attached

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  
- Wigs that have been washed, altered, or have cut lace.  
- Customized wigs (e.g., adjusted cap size).  
- Clearance/sale items.  
- Any products marked as "final sale" or non-returnable.  
- Free gifts/promotional items.  

Important Notes:


1. Return Address:
   - Do not send returns to the sender's address listed on your package. This will delay processing.  
   - Only use the return address provided in your return instructions.  

2. Package Contents:
   - Ensure no non-Hibeautyhair items are accidentally included in your return. We cannot return misplaced items to you.
